Job Duties
- Deliver prompt, excellent service to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the venue
- clear and reset tables
- handle cash transactions in accordance with the property’s cash handling policy
- demonstrate basic knowledge of beverage preparation, service standards and guest relations and etiquette
- maintain knowledge of appropriate table settings, service ware and menu items
- assist with clearing and setting tables
- maintain current knowledge of hotel culture, amenities, and services, events in the area, points of interest, and services in the area
- complete all other tasks and duties as assigned
- promote weekly events for Dream/DLS
