Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- read, write legibly, understand and speak English
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- count money and change correctly
- know or able to learn tray service and cocktail ingredients
- available to work required schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
- must meet professional appearance standards
- physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
- able to respond to visual and oral cues
- able to lift and carry 20 lbs for extended periods
- able to work at a fast pace in crowded and noisy environments
- physically mobile including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs and ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance in varying work areas

Job Duties
- Foster a fun environment
- be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
- promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
- provide personalized service and use guest name
- resolve service problems according to guidelines
- serve as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions
- promote gaming events and programs
- provide fast (20 minute or less round time), friendly, professional beverage service to gaming guests
- carry full trays on every round
- monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
- take drink orders, communicate with bartender, assist in the preparation of drinks and present drinks to guests
- handle money according to procedure
- maintain clean and stocked workstation
