Job Requirements

Ability to understand and comply with all department and company policies, rules and regulations
work performed in challenging environmental conditions such as hot, cold, noisy, smoky, dimly lit or brightly illuminated areas
work in areas with limited access and slippery surfaces
constant contact with guests and team members
ability to enter and exit team member entrance involving 4 flights of stairs
mobility required for 100% of shift
occasional bending and reaching from floor to 6 feet high
pushing, pulling, firm grasping and finger dexterity with both hands
frequent standing, walking, lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs
balancing, twisting, turning, manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination
normal sense of smell, taste, touch and sound
normal vision range and absence of color blindness
ability to perform simple tasks, reading, writing, math and memorize drink orders

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests
ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
excellent interpersonal skills
ability to provide service excellence to internal and external guests
flexibility in scheduling including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
good communication and observation skills
easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment
