The role of Server at the JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District is essential in upholding Kessler Hospitality's commitment to exceptional service. The Server is responsible for delivering the highest quality of service to guests, ensuring attentiveness, courtesy, and efficiency in every interaction. This role requires someone who can multitask effectively, prioritize duties within a fast-paced environment, and communicate clearly with guests and staff alike. The Server will receive and deliver orders, handle payments, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere that enhances each guest’s stay. The position demands a strong customer service orientation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to engage positively with customers and team members.

Additional responsibilities include attending all required training sessions, maintaining a polished and professional personal appearance with appropriate uniform and nametag, and adhering strictly to hotel standards and safety regulations. Job Qualifications
