The role in question is for a Server position, focusing on delivering exceptional service in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner to guests. As a Server at this prestigious hotel, the individual will be responsible for receiving and delivering guest orders, handling transactions, and ensuring each guest’s dining experience surpasses expectations. The job requires a balance of friendliness and professionalism, with an ability to multitask and address guests’ needs promptly. This position is hourly and demands a strong ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff at all levels. The Server must exude a service-oriented demeanor, capable of managing multiple priorities with poise, attending required meetings and training, adhering to hotel standards related to appearance and conduct, and supporting safe and efficient operations within the hotel.
