Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent education
- Serving experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to comply with alcohol service laws and verification processes

- Serve food, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages to hotel guests and visitors in accordance with standard recipes and hotel guidelines
- Follows guidelines established with regards to age identification for suspected minors and when dealing with an intoxicated customer
- High school or equivalent education required
- TABC and Food Handler's certificates
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and professionally, creating a warm and engaging atmosphere
- Take and accurately input beverage and food orders into the POS system
- Serve cocktails, wine, beer, and menu items efficiently and according to service standards
- Ensure all orders are rung in before being prepared or delivered
- Maintain full knowledge of cocktail menus, spirits, wine, and daily specials
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and anticipate additional needs
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, tables, and stations
- Follow all alcohol service guidelines, including verifying IDs and monitoring guest consumption
- Communicate effectively with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
