Job Description
The hiring organization is a reputable establishment within the hospitality and entertainment industry, known for delivering exceptional guest experiences primarily through its beverage services. As a dynamic venue where customers gather to enjoy beverages in a vibrant atmosphere, the company holds a significant place in the community for both social and recreational activities. Operating a high-volume environment, this establishment prides itself on maintaining stringent standards of service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with all regulatory mandates related to alcohol service. The venue typically requires individuals who are not only skilled in customer service but also knowledgeable about beverage service regulations and safety standards. Given the nature of the business, the team reflects a commitment to hospitality excellence, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued during their visit.
This role is centered around providing prompt and friendly beverage services to guests while functioning as a mobile cashier responsible for handling beverage transactions at the department's established pricing. The Beverage Server is a pivotal team member tasked with maintaining a well-stocked and clean service station before, during, and after each shift, which ensures efficient operation and guest satisfaction. Greeting guests in a courteous and approachable manner, the server explains special promotions, serves and replenishes beverages diligently, and ensures adherence to all State, Federal, and corporate liquor laws, including those aimed at preventing service to minors or intoxicated individuals. This position requires someone energetic and attentive given the physical demands of the job, including the ability to stand and move around the property extensively, sometimes in a smoke-filled environment. Experience in a high-volume alcohol beverage service environment is preferred, along with familiarity with enforcing ABC regulations. Given that gaming experience is not required, the focus remains primarily on exemplary beverage service and regulatory compliance. This opportunity promises an engaging and fast-paced workplace for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest service excellence.
