This position requires someone energetic and attentive given the physical demands of the job, including the ability to stand and move around the property extensively, sometimes in a smoke-filled environment. Experience in a high-volume alcohol beverage service environment is preferred, along with familiarity with enforcing ABC regulations. Given that gaming experience is not required, the focus remains primarily on exemplary beverage service and regulatory compliance.
