The Cocktail Server role at Regent Hotels & Resorts is designed for energetic, professional, and service-oriented individuals who are passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. The role includes providing exceptional service in various venues within the hotel such as dining rooms, lounges, and bars. Cocktail Servers are responsible for taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company standards, and maintaining thorough knowledge of the menu, beverage offerings, and daily specials. They ensure tables and service areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready, maintaining a high standard of presentation and hygiene. The role also involves processing guest payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with care, and collaborating seamlessly with bartenders, servers, and management to ensure an excellent guest experience. Flexibility in availability is essential, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the dynamic needs of the hospitality industry.
