The role of Server at this distinguished property is integral to maintaining its standard of excellence. The Server is responsible for delivering the highest quality of service to guests in a courteous, attentive, and efficient manner. This role involves taking and delivering guest orders accurately and promptly, as well as collecting payments. Servers are expected to embody the hospitality values that Kessler Hospitality upholds by ensuring every guest encounter is memorable and enjoyable. They are vital in supporting the seamless operation of the hotel’s food and beverage services, working collaboratively with other team members to meet and exceed guest expectations.

This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and colleagues at all levels. The ideal Server must be attentive and service-oriented, with the ability to listen actively and resolve concerns efficiently.
