The role of a Cocktail Server plays a crucial part in providing exceptional guest service in this lively setting. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to understand and comply with all department and company policies and procedures, rules and regulations
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests
Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
Work may be performed in unusually hot, cold, noisy, smoky, dimly lit or brightly illuminated areas
Work may involve areas with limited access and slippery surfaces
Constant contact with guests and team members
Ability to enter and exit through a Team Member entrance involving four flights of stairs
Requires mobility 100% of the shift
Requires occasional bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, firm grasping and finger dexterity
Frequent standing, walking, lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs
Requires normal senses of vision, smell, taste, touch and sound
Ability to perform simple tasks, reading, writing, math, memorization of drink orders
