Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- at least two years of previous cocktail serving experience
- previous experience in a fast-paced environment
- ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safe minded manner
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays when required
- must have a Food Handler card up to date
- sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stopping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- must be able to work and remain focused in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- at least two years of previous cocktail serving experience

- actively contributes as a team player by being helpful/assisting when needed
- ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safe minded manner
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays when required
- must have a Food Handler card up to date
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a positive and friendly manner and acknowledge all celebrations, anniversaries, birthdays, and other special notes that are specified
- ability to interact with guests to ensure guest satisfaction
- presents menus, answers questions, and makes suggestions for all food and beverage items
- coordinate with bar staff to ensure all availability of beverages
- enter all orders accurately into the POS system and follow proper cash/payment card procedures
- possess complete food and beverage knowledge of all products that are being served
- follow all proper cash/payment car procedures
- the ability to up-sell and offer food and beverage suggestions to guests
- maintaining compliance with applicable health code, dress code, and other serving standards
- thoroughly check ID to ensure guests are of proper drinking age
- all other duties as assigned
