Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- minimum 1 year prior cocktail serving experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- working knowledge of alcoholic drinks
- ability to represent property with friendly, positive, helpful approach
- ability to meet grooming, hygiene, and appearance standards
- ability to interact in courteous manner with management, employees, and guests
- Gaming Control Board registration
- must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and carry serving trays
- must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout congested casino areas
- ability to work in tobacco smoke and noisy environment
- able to stand and walk for long periods
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age in compliance with state liquor laws
- minimum 1 year prior cocktail serving experience preferred

Job Duties
- Provide customer service to guests in efficient, courteous manner
- remember frequent players and establish personal contact to make guests feel welcome
- understand and promote player tracking program and casino promotions
- take and deliver drink orders accurately from customers
- ensure customers are playing at slot machines with minimum bet prior to serving drinks
- give drink order requests to bartender
- remove empty glasses and bottles from casino area
- empty ashtrays and clean ashes and spills on slot machines
- comply with all federal, state, and local laws pertaining to alcohol and safety
- report or correct unsafe work environment conditions immediately
- assist with jackpot payouts when asked
