We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Casino Beverage Server to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to enhancing the overall guest experience by providing timely and courteous beverage service throughout the casino floor. The Casino Beverage Server will be responsible for efficiently taking and serving drink orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area, and ensuring adherence to all company policies as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to the service of alcoholic beverages. This is a role that demands strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, be familiar with using point-of-sale (POS) systems, and demonstrate the ability to operate mobile devices and touchscreen technology effectively. They must be knowledgeable about responsible alcohol service, complying fully with all licensing requirements and industry best practices such as S.M.A.R.T. or I.P.S. training programs and hold any necessary certifications including sanitation and ServSafe. Given that this position involves interaction with guests in a gaming environment, a valid gaming license is mandatory.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or education equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to interact with mobile devices and touchscreen technology
- Previous experience using smartphones and/or tablet applications strongly preferred
- Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service of drinks ordered
- Properly input each order into the POS system
- Comply with all department rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and internal controls as well as all local, state, and federal rules and regulations regarding liquor service
- Comply with S.M.A.R.T. or I.P.S. training
- Prepare set-ups and properly garnish drinks
- Retrieve used glasses
- Responsible for proper balance of server bank where applicable
- Attend periodic meetings and training sessions
- Promote positive public and employee relations
- Present oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
