Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Two years of cocktail serving experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage products
  • Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash/payment card transactions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • At least two years of previous cocktail serving experience
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safe minded manner
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Actively contributes as a team player by being helpful and assisting when needed
  • Polished and professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a positive and friendly manner and acknowledge all celebrations, anniversaries, birthdays, and other special notes that are specified
  • Ability to interact with guests to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Anticipate and accommodate guest needs
  • Maintain general cleanliness of assigned stations and venue
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage suggestions
  • Coordinate with bartenders and support staff to ensure availability and timely, accurate drink service
  • Enter all orders accurately into the POS system and follow proper cash/payment card procedures
  • Possess complete food and beverage knowledge of all products that are being served
  • Follow all proper cash/payment card procedures
  • The ability to up-sell and offer food and beverage suggestions to guests
  • Maintaining compliance with applicable health code, dress code, and other serving standards
  • Thoroughly check ID to ensure guests are of proper drinking age
  • All other duties as assigned
