Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Two years of cocktail serving experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage products
- Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash/payment card transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- At least two years of previous cocktail serving experience
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safe minded manner
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Actively contributes as a team player by being helpful and assisting when needed
- Polished and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a positive and friendly manner and acknowledge all celebrations, anniversaries, birthdays, and other special notes that are specified
- Ability to interact with guests to ensure guest satisfaction
- Anticipate and accommodate guest needs
- Maintain general cleanliness of assigned stations and venue
- Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage suggestions
- Coordinate with bartenders and support staff to ensure availability and timely, accurate drink service
- Enter all orders accurately into the POS system and follow proper cash/payment card procedures
- Possess complete food and beverage knowledge of all products that are being served
- Follow all proper cash/payment card procedures
- The ability to up-sell and offer food and beverage suggestions to guests
- Maintaining compliance with applicable health code, dress code, and other serving standards
- Thoroughly check ID to ensure guests are of proper drinking age
- All other duties as assigned
