Job Requirements
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing effectively
- able to listen, understand and clarify concerns

- maintain attendance as scheduled

- comply with hotel safety and operational policies
- capable of problem-solving and assisting in improving productivity
- able to handle physical demands including lifting and standing

- willing to attend all required meetings and trainings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in hotel or related field preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize
- attentive and service-oriented attitude
- ability to work flexible and long hours
- physical capability to stand for entire shift and carry trays of food and beverages
Job Duties
- Communicate effectively with guests and employees in a friendly and courteous manner
- listen to and clarify guest concerns promptly
- multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
- deliver guest orders accurately and efficiently
- collect payment and process transactions
- comply with hotel standards and safety regulations
- maintain high personal appearance standards including proper uniform and nametag
