We are currently looking for a dedicated Cocktail Server to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of service and guest satisfaction that our customers expect. As a Cocktail Server, you will leverage your knowledge of wines, beers, and cocktails to provide guests with an enjoyable and personalized drinking experience. This is a tipped position, and while the hourly minimum wage is provided, the role offers significant potential for additional earnings through gratuities.
The Cocktail Server will be responsible for greeting guests as they arrive, offering information about current drink specials, and assisting them in making beverage choices that suit their preferences. You will ensure all alcoholic beverages are served responsibly, strictly following identification checks and all company alcohol service policies. Additionally, processing orders accurately using the point-of-sale system and delivering drinks promptly to guests are key aspects of this position. The role demands attentiveness to guest needs, including following up to provide additional service where necessary, and handling guest payments or directing them to the cashier as appropriate.
Besides these core responsibilities, the Cocktail Server will participate in opening and closing procedures and perform side work duties that support overall venue operations. This role requires excellent physical stamina due to the nature of tasks such as standing, walking, carrying trays, and navigating a bustling environment. Job Requirements
- Must be at least [XX] years of age
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names
- Basic math skills
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
- Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
- Ability to lift, balance and carry trays, weighing up to 35 pounds
- Visual acuity and hearing are sufficient to take orders and prepare bills

Job Duties
- Greet guests, communicate with drink specials, answer questions about available beverages, and take beverage orders
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
- Enter drink orders into the point-of-sale system
- pick up drink orders and deliver to guests
- Observe and follow up with guests, ready to provide additional service
- Prepare and deliver the guest checks
- accept and process payment or direct guests to the cashier
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
