The hiring establishment is a distinguished fine dining restaurant known for delivering an exceptional guest experience through its refined atmosphere, premium beverage offerings, and attentive service standards. This establishment prides itself on creating a sophisticated environment where guests can enjoy expertly crafted cocktails, a curated wine list, and an extensive selection of spirits and beers. With a commitment to quality and hospitality, the restaurant has earned a reputation for excellence in beverage service and culinary pairings, making it a preferred destination for discerning patrons seeking an elevated dining experience.

The position of Cocktail Server is integral to maintaining the establishment's high standards of service and guest satisfaction. The Cocktail Server is responsible for delivering prompt, courteous, and elevated beverage service in the cocktail lounge and bar areas. This role requires a strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and menu pairings, alongside a deep understanding of service standards and local alcohol laws. Working collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and management, the Cocktail Server supports the overall guest experience by maintaining a polished and energetic presence while upholding cleanliness and organization of service stations and guest-facing areas. This role demands excellent communication skills to ensure smooth coordination among front-of-house teams and responsiveness to guest requests and concerns. The Cocktail Server consistently demonstrates professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness, contributing to the seamless flow of service during both peak and quieter hours.

This position offers a dynamic work environment suitable for individuals passionate about the hospitality industry who thrive under the fast-paced, detail-oriented demands of fine dining service. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of delivering personalized beverage service with sophistication and flair, a strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine and spirit varieties, and the confidence to upsell premium products appropriately. Responsible alcohol service practices are paramount, ensuring guest safety and compliance with all regulations.

In this role, the Cocktail Server also participates in daily operational tasks such as processing payments, handling cash accurately, assisting with opening and closing duties, stocking supplies, and maintaining the overall tidiness of the bar and lounge areas. This multifaceted position is a key contributor to the restaurant’s reputation for quality and excellent service. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the physical stamina required to stand and move throughout the venue for extended periods.

The Cocktail Server role is best suited for professionals who are personable, polished, and committed to continuous improvement in fine dining hospitality. This employment is typically full-time or part-time with competitive compensation reflective of experience and expertise in upscale hospitality environments.
