Job Requirements
- Must be at least the minimum legal age to serve alcohol in the jurisdiction
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names
- Basic math skills
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
- Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
- Ability to lift, balance and carry trays weighing up to 35 pounds
- Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare bills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests, communicate with drink specials, answer questions about available beverages, and take beverage orders
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
- Enter drink orders into the point-of-sale system
- pick up drink orders and deliver to guests
- Observe and follow up with guests, ready to provide additional service
- Prepare and deliver the guest checks
- accept and process payment or direct guests to the cashier
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
