Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in bartending preferred
  • Proficiency in bartending fundamentals and cocktail recipes
  • Knowledge of modern trends within the beverage industry
  • Ability to secure mandatory alcohol service certifications as required by Aramark and local or state authorities
  • Demonstrates remarkable hospitality with a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently with precision and thoroughness

Job Duties

  • Offer salutations to patrons, record their selections, and manage monetary transactions including credit card and cash payments
  • Combine and serve an assortment of cocktails and mocktails for patrons
  • Provide servers with drinks from the service well if it is part of the process
  • Adhere to set guidelines for alcohol service and responsible drinking practices including age verification
  • Comply with cash management policies and procedures
  • Organize and disassemble workstations with focus on sanitizing and tidying up
  • Monitor stock quantities and ensure proper product stocking levels
  • Offer outstanding guest service by foreseeing guests' needs and prioritizing satisfaction
  • Show a cheerful disposition when engaging with guests, clients, and team members
  • Ensure the protection of company property
