Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- must comply with all health codes and regulations
- must be flexible and able to work all shifts and weekends
- must have and maintain an alcohol compliance or tips training
- must have the ability to responsibly monitor alcohol consumption to ensure the safety of our guests
- must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
Job Qualifications
- highschool diploma/ged
- previous cocktail service experience preferred
- thorough knowledge of liquor and cocktail service
- good oral and written communication skills
- knowledge of casino environment preferred
Job Duties
- provide proper and professional cocktail service to all guests in a friendly and timely manner
- promote and record orders for drinks, reciting selections of all call and premium brands as requested, pass on order to bartender, properly garnish and deliver to customer in a timely manner
- maintain cleanliness of guest areas
- maintain exceptional knowledge of bar recipes, preparing cocktails and other drinks including wine and beer
- check identification of guests in order to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- greet guests in a polite and friendly manner
- perform other duties as assigned
