Cocktail Server

The job includes responsibilities such as responsibly serving alcoholic beverages with proper age verification, accurately entering orders into the point-of-sale system, and delivering drinks promptly with a keen focus on guest satisfaction. Observing guests to anticipate additional service needs and efficiently handling payment transactions are also core aspects of the role.

Apart from direct service duties, cocktail servers will contribute to the overall operation by completing side work duties including opening and closing tasks, which support the venue’s smooth functioning. Physical stamina is essential, as you will be standing, walking, bending, and carrying trays frequently throughout your shift. The ability to balance trays with up to 35 pounds and maneuver safely among tables and corners is also required to maintain efficient delivery and guest satisfaction.
