Job Requirements

  • Candidates must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours) and move supplies or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Self-motivated with a positive mindset, capable of working independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Prior bartending or beverage service experience preferred, particularly in luxury resorts, hotels, or upscale event settings
  • Strong understanding of wines, spirits, cocktails, and contemporary mixology trends
  • Ability to operate MICROS point-of-sale systems or similar restaurant software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a naturally outgoing and confident demeanor
  • Previous banquet or event experience is preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide superb beverage service for banquet gatherings in accordance with Four Seasons standards and alcohol service regulations
  • Enhance the guest experience by greeting visitors with professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness
  • Serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and accurately
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the bar's beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and recommended flavor pairings
  • Set up and break down beverage stations for each event, ensuring all supplies, mixers, and garnishes are fully prepared
  • Collaborate with banquet captains, event managers, and service staff to ensure seamless event execution
  • Address guest concerns and unique requests with tact, offering solutions that exceed expectations
