The Cocktail Waitress position at Lucky Silver Gaming plays a critical role in ensuring patrons enjoy a seamless and enjoyable visit. This role involves serving alcoholic beverages and food, providing attentive and friendly customer service, and managing billing and tabs efficiently. The cocktail waitress must be personable, attentive, and adept at communication to meet customer needs effectively. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and preparing drink orders, checking for proper age verification, serving drinks at slot machines, and making menu recommendations. The role demands multitasking ability, quick response to customer requests, and maintaining inventory and stock during opening and closing shifts. Working as a cocktail waitress requires compliance with all relevant liquor laws, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position demands physical stamina with the ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Experience in serving beverages or restaurant establishment preferred
- Knowledgeable in alcoholic beverages such as cocktails, beer, and wine
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust
- Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, assistance required if more
- Flexibility in the wrist to scoop, twist, push, pull, lift, and bend
- Ability to read and visually verify information in a variety of formats
- Ability to visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
- Ability to move quickly turning from left to right or right to left
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain Health card, TAM card, and Gaming License
- Multi-tasking and fast-paced environment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skill
- Ability to attend to customer's needs in a timely manner
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greeting customers, taking orders, and providing attentive service
- Checking identification to ensure customers are of legal age to purchase alcohol
- Serve drinks to customers at slot machines
- Take and prepare drink orders
- Making recommendations based on knowledge of the menu and drink pairings
- Handling multiple guests, multi-tasking, and attending to customer's needs in a timely manner
- Preparing stock items such as straws, and napkins during opening and closing shifts
- Responsible for taking inventory of supplies and ingredients
- All other duties assigned
