Must be available to work nights

Ability to work flexible shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in customer service or retail is beneficial but not required
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service including ticket sales and concessions handling
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in theatre areas
Operate box office and concessions equipment
Assist guests with inquiries and guidance
Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Ensure compliance with cinema policies and safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment
