We are currently hiring a Cocktail Server - Steady Extra to join our team at two unique themed venues, the Cabinet and the Lock, which complement our exhibits and themed entertainment products. This role is integral in enhancing the immersive environment guests experience. At the Lock, a speakeasy-style venue, the cocktail server plays a no-nonsense role while helping set the mysterious and exclusive atmosphere. This requires attentiveness and a discretion to ensure the theme of secrecy is maintained at all times. At the Cabinet, the focus shifts to celebrating cultural and worldly exhibitions, where the server becomes a vital storyteller, sharing the intriguing histories behind the artifacts and props featured in the venue. The Cocktail Server is a key part of delivering an immersive environment that appeals not only to the guest's taste buds but also to their appreciation of art and storytelling combined.

The position demands exceptional customer service skills, with responsibilities including greeting guests warmly, delivering cocktails promptly, and engaging guests through personalized interactions that bring the themed spaces to life. The server will work in close coordination with the Mixologist and other team members to prepare and serve drinks in a professional, friendly manner while maintaining cleanliness and a stocked work area. The ability to handle money responsibly and follow company procedures is essential, as is ensuring guest safety by monitoring alcohol consumption. The role requires standing and walking throughout the shift, some physical lifting, and the dexterity to perform tasks efficiently. We seek a friendly, professional individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, theatrical environment and contribute positively to the team and guest experience. This is a part-time opportunity paying $14.64 per hour.
