We are currently seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Cocktail Server to join our passionate team at The Alida. This role is crucial in delivering the essence of Southern hospitality through expert service and a refined understanding of beverages. The Cocktail Server will be responsible for serving a wide range of traditional and creative libations, from classic cocktails to craft beers, ensuring each guest receives quality beverages paired with impeccable service. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who appreciate the art of mixology and are committed to enhancing customer retention and loyalty by making informed and thoughtful beverage recommendations.

The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge of the menu and presentation standards, enabling them to confidently offer guests informed suggestions tailored to their tastes. The role requires someone with excellent organizational skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and the physical capability to carry food and drink trays effectively.
