Job Requirements

Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
ability to lift or move up to 20 lbs
ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions
frequently immerse hands in water and diluted chemical solutions
prior serving experience of at least six months
work experience in fast-paced dining is preferred

Job Qualifications

At least six months of related serving experience
experience in high volume or fast casual dining preferred
ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
knowledge of customer service standards and alcohol service policies
basic cash handling skills
strong communication skills
