Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bartending preferred
- certification in alcohol service or ability to obtain required certifications
- capable of lifting, conveying, pushing, or pulling loads up to 25 lbs
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending preferred
- proficiency in bartending fundamentals, cocktail recipes, and modern industry trends
- able to secure all mandatory alcohol service certifications as required by Aramark and local or state authorities
- remarkable hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor and comprehensive knowledge of beverages
- strong multitasking abilities with emphasis on precision and thoroughness
- able to work well in a fast-moving and engaging environment
- able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Offer salutations to patrons
- record their selections and manage monetary transactions including credit card and cash payments
- combine and serve an assortment of cocktails and mocktails for patrons
- provide servers with drinks from the service well if it is part of the process
- adhere to the set guidelines for alcohol service and responsible drinking practices including verifying customers' ages
- comply with cash management policies and procedures
- organize and disassemble workstations focusing on sanitizing and tidying up
- monitor stock quantities and maintain proper product stocking levels
- offer outstanding guest service by foreseeing guests' needs and prioritizing satisfaction
- ensure the protection of company property
- show a cheerful disposition when engaging with guests, clients, and team members
