Job Requirements
- must have a valid mobile county health department beverage/food handler's card
- must be at least 19 years of age
- ability to stand for duration of shift
- ability to lift carry push pull or otherwise move between 30 - 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- positive polished and engaging personality
- strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- serving or hospitality experience fine dining a plus
- team players who show up ready to go
- 1+ year of fine dining experience preferred
- familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer skills is a plus
Job Duties
- deliver an elevated welcoming experience serving cocktails knowing the menu staying sharp on the floor creating moments guests remember
