Job Description

Cherokee Nation Entertainment (CNE) stands as a prominent leader in the tribal gaming and hospitality industry, owning and operating a diverse portfolio of renowned properties, including the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa. This dynamic flagship establishment in Oklahoma is celebrated as the premier gaming and resort destination in the region. With over 2,600 electronic, poker, and table games, plus an expansive 35,000+ square feet of meeting and convention space, the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa offers a vibrant atmosphere that seamlessly combines entertainment, hospitality, and luxury experiences. Guests at this award-winning resort can enjoy amenities such as an 18-hole championship golf course, multiple restaurants and entertainment venues, and an impressive 2,700-seat event center that regularly hosts world-class performances.

For those seeking an entry-level career in an energetic casino environment, the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa offers a fantastic opportunity to join the team. The role requires engaging with guests directly and supporting operations in a fast-paced setting. Candidates will need to maintain high standards of guest service while working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, reflecting the 24/7 nature of the hospitality and gaming industries. Physical stamina is important for this role as it involves standing for extended periods, frequent bending, kneeling, and the ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Employees might also be exposed to second-hand smoke and the ambient noise that comes with busy crowds, requiring adaptability and resilience.

Working at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa means becoming part of a team that values enthusiasm, motivation, and a passion for delivering top-notch experiences to visitors. The environment is fun and fast-moving, with a strong emphasis on collaborative team challenges that encourage personal growth and career advancement. The casino is not only a place for gaming and entertainment but also a community hub where employees can thrive and develop skills that transfer well into many other areas of the hospitality industry.

Joining Cherokee Nation Entertainment means more than just a job; it offers a vibrant workplace committed to employee well-being with comprehensive health and wellness programs, including 24/7 telemedicine access and on-site clinics at select locations. Financial security is prioritized through generous 401(k) matching and paid time off, including vacation, sick days, bereavement, and holiday leave. The company also supports work-life balance with flexible spending accounts, maternity/paternity leave, and voluntary benefits to foster peace of mind. Beyond pay and benefits, team members can earn performance-based incentives, referral rewards, and enjoy discounts as part of holiday appreciation programs.

Employees have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various aspects of the hospitality and gaming industry. Whether it is mastering the art of delivering exhilarating gaming experiences on electronic, poker, and table games or contributing to legendary live entertainment at Hard Rock Live, employees play an essential role in creating memorable moments for guests. Culinary enthusiasts can hone their skills in a spectrum of dining venues ranging from casual to upscale restaurants. Meanwhile, others may find satisfaction in helping guests unwind at the luxurious hotel accommodations, pools, cabanas, and golf course facilities.

Cherokee Nation Entertainment prides itself on more than just its business success; it has a deep commitment to the well-being of the Cherokee Nation and the broader community. Employment with CNE allows individuals to be part of this meaningful mission while enjoying competitive benefits and opportunities for personal and professional development within a world-class hospitality and gaming company.
