The role of the Cocktail Server is vital in maintaining our reputation for top-notch hospitality. As a Cocktail Server, you will utilize your knowledge of various alcoholic beverages to deliver exceptional service and enhance the guest experience. This position involves greeting guests with enthusiasm, sharing information about current drink specials, and answering questions about the variety of wines, beers, and cocktails available. You will be responsible for taking accurate beverage orders, entering them into the point-of-sale system, and ensuring that each guest receives their drinks promptly and responsibly.

Your duties extend beyond serving drinks; you will also be expected to monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate additional needs, and provide timely follow-up service. Handling guest payments, preparing and delivering bills, and performing opening and closing duties are also key components of this role. The physical demands of the position require stamina and agility, as you will be standing, walking, bending, and carrying trays throughout your shifts. A successful cocktail server must be able to multitask efficiently, work well under pressure, and maintain a friendly demeanor amid busy periods.

This is a tipped position, and while it offers a base hourly wage, your earnings potential is significantly enhanced by tips earned through excellent guest interactions.
