Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior bartending or cocktail serving experience preferred
must obtain all required alcohol service certifications
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to stand for extended periods
must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
adherence to company policies and procedures regarding alcohol service and cash management

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending preferred
proficiency in bartending fundamentals and cocktail recipes
knowledge of modern trends within the beverage industry
ability to secure all mandatory alcohol service certifications
strong hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor
ability to manage multiple responsibilities with precision and thoroughness
physical capability to lift and move loads up to 25 pounds
capacity to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Offer salutations to patrons
record their selections
manage monetary transactions including credit card and cash payments
combine and serve an assortment of cocktails and mocktails for patrons
provide servers with drinks from the service well if required
adhere to alcohol service guidelines and verify customers’ ages
comply with cash management policies and procedures
organize and disassemble workstations focusing on sanitizing and tidying
monitor stock quantities and maintain proper product levels
offer outstanding guest service by anticipating needs and prioritizing satisfaction
display a cheerful disposition when engaging with guests, clients, and team members
ensure the protection of company property
