Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have (or be actively obtaining) a valid alcohol serving permit (state-specific)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and peak rooftop hours
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, adaptable attitude

- Previous cocktail serving or high-volume restaurant/bar experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine (preferred)
- Experience working in fast-paced or nightlife-driven environments (preferred)
Job Duties
- Provide warm, attentive, and engaging service to every guest
- Treat each guest interaction as an opportunity to create a memorable experience
- Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of all cocktail, wine, beer, and food menus
- Confidently guide guests through beverage selections and make thoughtful recommendations
- Thrive in high-volume service while maintaining composure, accuracy, and hospitality
- Accurately input orders and manage tabs using POS systems
- Demonstrate awareness of common allergens and ingredient details
- communicate clearly with bartenders and management regarding guest needs
- Maintain open, real-time communication with bartenders, barbacks, and leadership
- Keep service stations, trays, and bar areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Anticipate guest and team needs - stepping in wherever support is required
- Handle payments and cash transactions responsibly
- Uphold responsible alcohol service standards and monitor guest intoxication levels
- Safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (trays, glass racks, supplies, etc.)
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance in line with brand standards
