Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have (or be actively obtaining) a valid alcohol serving permit (state-specific)
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and peak rooftop hours
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive, adaptable attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Previous cocktail serving or high-volume restaurant/bar experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine (preferred)
  • Experience working in fast-paced or nightlife-driven environments (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Provide warm, attentive, and engaging service to every guest
  • Treat each guest interaction as an opportunity to create a memorable experience
  • Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of all cocktail, wine, beer, and food menus
  • Confidently guide guests through beverage selections and make thoughtful recommendations
  • Thrive in high-volume service while maintaining composure, accuracy, and hospitality
  • Accurately input orders and manage tabs using POS systems
  • Demonstrate awareness of common allergens and ingredient details
  • communicate clearly with bartenders and management regarding guest needs
  • Maintain open, real-time communication with bartenders, barbacks, and leadership
  • Keep service stations, trays, and bar areas clean, stocked, and organized
  • Anticipate guest and team needs - stepping in wherever support is required
  • Handle payments and cash transactions responsibly
  • Uphold responsible alcohol service standards and monitor guest intoxication levels
  • Safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (trays, glass racks, supplies, etc.)
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance in line with brand standards
