Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexible schedule including availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to obtain mandatory alcohol service certification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Proficiency in bartending fundamentals and cocktail recipes
- Knowledge of current industry trends
- Able to obtain required alcohol service certifications
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities accurately
- Friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Greet patrons and take drink orders
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Manage monetary transactions including cash and credit card payments
- Provide drinks to servers from the service well when required
- Adhere to alcohol service guidelines including age verification
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
- Monitor and restock inventory
- Deliver outstanding guest service by anticipating needs
- Ensure protection of company property
