This commitment enhances not only the guest experience but also reflects HHM Hotels’ broader values of stewardship and accountability.

Within this vibrant environment, the role of Cocktail Server offers an exciting opportunity for candidates passionate about hospitality and guest service. The Cocktail Server serves food and beverages to guests in a courteous and friendly manner, upholding the brand’s established guest service standards and sustainability guidelines. This role is pivotal in creating memorable guest interactions by efficiently taking beverage orders, serving drinks, and fulfilling guest requests with professionalism and warmth. Working as part of a dynamic food and beverage team, Cocktail Servers are essential to maintaining the high standards of service that HHM Hotels is known for.

This position offers a potential career pathway for motivated individuals, with progression options including Bartender, Beverage Manager, and eventually Food and Beverage Manager roles. Such growth opportunities make this an ideal position for those looking to build a long-term career in hospitality within a reputable and supportive organization.

Additionally, Cocktail Servers may take on bartending and bussing roles during peak periods or staffing shortages, demonstrating the versatile nature of the position. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment and compliance with OSHA standards.

Candidates for this role should be prepared for a work environment that demands stamina and physical activity, including standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and performing tasks requiring bending and reaching. Work schedules may vary and include holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts, reflecting the 24/7 nature of the hospitality industry.

At HHM Hotels, the guiding principles of "People Are Our Capability," "Hearts That Serve," "Only Excellence," "Stay Nimble," and "Own It" shape the work culture and expectations from team members.
