Job Requirements

Must be able to lift, handle and carry trays, smallwares and equipment weighing up to 35 pounds
must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach and squat on a frequent basis
must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours in length
must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees and guests
background check required

Job Qualifications

Prior relevant experience preferred
effective communication skills
ability to provide excellent customer service
knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages a plus
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
ability to stand and move for prolonged periods
must be attentive and detail-oriented

Job Duties

Processes orders, bills, and payments
attends to guests and addresses their inquiries and needs as requested
coordinates with bar staff to ensure the availability of all beverages
assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the cocktail bar and other work areas
maintains compliance with applicable health code, dress code, and other serving standards
lifts, handles, and carries trays, smallwares, and equipment weighing up to 35 pounds
communicates effectively and listens attentively to supervisors, employees, and guests
