Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- must pass random drug and controlled substance tests
- must undergo background investigation
- must obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California
- native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year customer service experience in a restaurant or bar setting
- ability to maintain positive guest interactions
- strong communication and multitasking skills
- professional and courteous demeanor
- knowledge of beverage service standards
- ability to obtain and maintain gaming licenses in Arizona and California
- familiarity with Native American culture and government preferred
Job Duties
- Serve drinks to guests on the gaming floor under the supervision of the Beverage Supervisor
- demonstrate positive guest relations and promote a welcoming atmosphere
- efficiently manage multiple guest requests in a fast-paced environment
- comply with all gaming regulations and liquor laws
- maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- assist in keeping the gaming floor clean and organized
- support team members and management to enhance guest experience
