Job Requirements
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of beverage service
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Friendly, attentive, and professional service attitude
- Previous cocktail or restaurant serving experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and composure
- Knowledge of basic beverage service and garnishing standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Provide prompt and courteous beverage service to all guests
- Ensure initial drink delivery within five minutes, garnished and prepared exactly to recipe standards
- Offer and deliver refills proactively ensuring guests never have to ask twice
- Anticipate guest needs and accommodate special requests with care and professionalism
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service area
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and management to uphold Cattlemens’ standards of four-star hospitality
