Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Effective communication skills
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
Knowledge of beverage service and safety standards

Job Duties

Efficiently take and deliver cocktail and beverage orders to guests ensuring accuracy and timely service
Provide detailed information about our drink menu including ingredients preparation methods and recommendations
Maintain a clean and organized bar and serving area adhering to all sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with bartenders and other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to requests ensuring satisfaction
