Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-year previous work experience in a similar capacity
- required to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be legally authorized to work in the USA
- passion for food and beverage
- fluency in English
- excellent communication skills

- strict adherence to hygiene and grooming standards

- Previous dining or luxury level service knowledge and training
- minimum 2-year previous work experience in a similar capacity

- demonstrated understanding of international fine dining and beverage standards
- exceptional service style with warm and friendly presence
- excellent communication and social skills

- ability to prioritize and make prompt decisions
- problem-solving skills with calm and respectful approach
- ethical and professional conduct
- technology proficiency, including POS operation
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally
- provide suggestions based on menu knowledge and ensure personal and memorable dining experience
- take food and beverage orders ensuring accuracy and attention to special requests
- deliver orders promptly and to high standard of presentation
- monitor guest needs and offer refills and additional services
- promote special offers and upsell menu items
- process orders through POS system following billing and cash handling policies
- collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- respond to guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant area
- verify guest IDs and adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines
- assist with stocking and proper storage of supplies
- report safety or maintenance issues promptly
- complete opening and closing duties
- maintain thorough knowledge of hotel services and amenities
- uphold luxury brand values and personal hygiene standards
