Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-year previous work experience in a similar capacity

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally
  • provide suggestions based on menu knowledge and ensure personal and memorable dining experience
  • take food and beverage orders ensuring accuracy and attention to special requests
  • deliver orders promptly and to high standard of presentation
  • monitor guest needs and offer refills and additional services
  • promote special offers and upsell menu items
  • process orders through POS system following billing and cash handling policies
  • collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • respond to guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant area
  • verify guest IDs and adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • assist with stocking and proper storage of supplies
  • report safety or maintenance issues promptly
  • complete opening and closing duties
  • maintain thorough knowledge of hotel services and amenities
  • uphold luxury brand values and personal hygiene standards
