Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality or nightlife environment preferred
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods
Basic math proficiency
Ability to safely lift and maneuver trays up to 25 pounds
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to follow credit card and cash handling procedures
Legal age to serve alcohol
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system

Job Duties

Work in high-volume, team oriented, fast-paced environment while keeping focus on the guest experience
Provide a warm welcome with smiling, eye contact, great mood, and positive energy
Properly set up station and lounge prior to the shift
Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the shift
Complete all opening and closing side-work duties
Introduce yourself and offer food and martini menus to guests
Inform guests of promotions and make genuine recommendations
Answer questions about food, beverages, entertainment, and lounge functions
Encourage repeat business by providing excellent service and thanking guests
Deliver food and beverages in timely manner
Monitor and observe guest dining experience to ensure satisfaction
Issue True Blue Lady VIP cards and enroll guests in MYBlueVIP
Follow credit card and cash handling procedures
Check IDs and look for signs of impairment to serve liquor responsibly
Communicate effectively with guests
Handle money and operate point-of-sale system
Stand for long periods and lift trays up to 25 pounds
Maintain fast and courteous service to guests
