In this role, you will be responsible for providing a memorable dining experience through attentive, accurate service. You will seat guests, take orders, monitor food delivery to ensure quality and presentation, maintain cleanliness in your station, and adhere strictly to all liquor laws related to serving minors and intoxicated guests. Knowledge of menu items, their preparation, and service protocols is essential to provide informed recommendations and answer guest inquiries. Cash handling, including totaling checks and processing payments, is also a critical component of the role. Beyond direct guest interaction, you will assist with bussing tables and perform other duties as assigned, contributing to a seamless operation and positive team environment.

This position requires excellent multitasking abilities, effective communication skills, and a genuine commitment to exceeding guest and team expectations. You will work flexible hours and shifts, adapting to the dynamic pace of the hospitality industry. A minimum of a high school education and at least one year of experience in a hotel or restaurant serving role are required, emphasizing the need for a foundation in hospitality service standards.
