Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- no previous experience required - training provided
- strong work ethic and ability to stay focused during high volume shifts
- positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to help where needed
- ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- comfort working in hot, fast-paced environments
- availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable transportation to and from the taproom

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- work efficiently and consistently during service
- comply with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- prepare and dismantle workstations
- assist with inventory, labeling, and FIFO rotation
- communicate clearly with leadership and kitchen team
- support kitchen during high demand periods
