The Senior Cook position at SodexoMagic plays a crucial role in upholding the company’s reputation for high-quality food service. This full-time role, paying $20 per hour, offers an exciting opportunity for experienced culinary professionals who are passionate about food preparation, customer service, and teamwork. As a Senior Cook, you will blend your culinary expertise with a warm and welcoming attitude to brighten the dining experience of guests.
In this role, precision and efficiency in preparing, portioning, cooking, and presenting a variety of foods—both hot and cold—across multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events or catering are essential. You will follow complex recipes and product guidelines meticulously while applying an extensive range of classical and contemporary cooking techniques for batch production. Leadership responsibilities may include supervising, training, and assigning tasks to production staff, helping to cultivate a productive and safe kitchen environment. Punctuality and consistent attendance for scheduled shifts are fundamental to keep kitchen operations running smoothly.
