- Minimum 4 years relevant culinary experience preferred
- Ability to work any shift with open availability

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook and present a variety of hot and/or cold foods efficiently for multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events or catering
- Follow complex recipes and product instructions
- Produce small and large batches of products using advanced classical and contemporary cooking, serving and decorating techniques
- Supervise, train and assign tasks to production staff
- Attend work and arrive on scheduled shift time consistently
- Perform other assigned tasks depending on business needs and client requirements
