The role of Cocinero Principal (Lead Cook) at Sodexo is a full-time position located in SONIFI - 41114001. You will read and follow basic recipes and product instructions, and may have the opportunity to operate a grill station or prepare made-to-order meals for customers. Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook and present a variety of hot and/or cold foods for multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events/catering
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product instructions for preparing various foods
  • Prepare foods and serve customers who order from an à la carte menu and/or operate a grill station
  • Support management in daily supervision of key functions and employees during normal business hours
  • Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with sufficient regularity
  • Perform other assigned tasks that may vary between accounts depending on business needs and client requirements
