Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook and present a variety of hot and/or cold foods for multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events/catering
- Read and follow basic recipes and/or product instructions for preparing various foods
- Prepare foods and serve customers who order from an à la carte menu and/or operate a grill station
- Support management in daily supervision of key functions and employees during normal business hours
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with sufficient regularity
- Perform other assigned tasks that may vary between accounts depending on business needs and client requirements
