The position of Principal Cook at Sodexo, located at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, offers a full-time employment opportunity with a salary range of $14 to $16 per hour. Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook and present a variety of hot and/or cold foods for multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events/catering
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product instructions to prepare various foods
  • Prepare foods and serve customers ordering à la carte or operate a grill station
  • Support management in supervising key functions and employees during normal business operations
  • Attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time with sufficient regularity
  • Perform other tasks as assigned which may vary between accounts depending on business needs and client requirements
