The ideal candidate will bring a team-oriented spirit, adaptability, and reliability, fostering a healthy and safe working environment. Preferred candidates will have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, demonstrating their capability in fast-paced food service settings. Sodexo supports its employees with a flexible and supportive work atmosphere, continuous learning opportunities, and pathways for career advancement. Comprehensive benefits include paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, 401k retirement plans, discount programs, and more. Additional site-specific perks may include free meals during shifts, uniforms, safety shoes, transportation assistance, and parking.

Sodexo’s culture is built on respect, inclusion, and equal opportunity, welcoming all individuals regardless of race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics. The company values the authentic self of each employee and listens to their ideas, creating a stronger team through mutual respect and satisfaction at work.
