Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including first and second shifts
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a clean workspace
- Basic Spanish language skills are a plus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment preferred
- Strong passion for culinary arts and hospitality

Job Duties
- Prepare line station dishes according to recipe standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Assist in learning and mastering various kitchen stations and cooking techniques
- Provide excellent hospitality and guest service through quality food preparations
- Participate in training and development programs for career advancement
