Job Requirements

  • must have availability to work weekends and holidays
  • must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • ability to work first, second, rotating shifts as scheduled
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in a professional kitchen environment preferred but not required
  • knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • passion for hospitality and food preparation
  • willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field

Job Duties

  • prepare dishes according to recipes created by the executive chef
  • maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • work across various kitchen stations
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety compliance
  • assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
  • support training and development of new kitchen staff
