Job Requirements
- must have availability to work weekends and holidays
- must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to work first, second, rotating shifts as scheduled
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a professional kitchen environment preferred but not required
- knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- passion for hospitality and food preparation
- willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field
Job Duties
- prepare dishes according to recipes created by the executive chef
- maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- work across various kitchen stations
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety compliance
- assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- support training and development of new kitchen staff
